INVESTIGATION TIP FOR SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR BY SPOUSE OR PARTNER

My business name is called Catchalie (catch-a-lie) Consultancy and as the name suggest, I teach people how to catch lies or they can engage me to catch the lies for them with guaranteed results.

After many years of experience in detecting lies, I am able to identify behavioral patterns for most if not all cases of adultery (or other forms of cheating). The guilty subject will have to lie and like all lies, there are ways to detect them. In my training programs, I teach basically 3 areas to detect deception:

  1. Non-verbal analysis
  2. Verbal content analysis and
  3. Behavioral analysis.

My training is not academic but is developed from over 20 years of investigation experience and training research in the police, CAD, CID, Corporate (Sentosa) and Private sector, conducting investigations and interviews on fraud and other cases.

From the analysis of the circumstances, anyone will be able to identify a pattern of behavior after some time whether in the excuses he uses or in his pre or post event behavior. One common pre extra-marital event behavior is anxiousness and post event is guilt behavior like being extra nice to the one he or she had cheated on.

A common verbal deception indicator is evasiveness or vagueness.  In addition, the emotion felt in the real situation will be excitement if the subject is about to meet his lover for a tryst but he have to pretend it is disappointment because he is unable to spend that time with you. By applying my non-verbal and behavioral analysis, you would be able to detect indicators of excitement and the absence of disappointment contradicting the message. For example his tone of voice (or facial expression) will expose his lie, as he would have to fake the emotion of disappointment while suppressing his excitement.

The key to identifying and verifying deception is asking questions. Liars can and do prepare their lies but when asked a question that he did not prepare for, the lies will be exposed by the non-verbal and verbal deception indicators.  Innocent questions like, how do you feel now, so what did you do all those hours, did you manage to complete the report, can be use to test the truthfulness of the subject’s excuses in the appropriate situation.

Some common non-verbal indicators (body language) are hands touching another part of your body (adapters), nodding your head (yes) while answering no, body shifts, etc. The point in time where these non-verbal indicators occur is important and the critical period is just before telling the lie and just after telling the lie plus 2 to 3 seconds.

The above are some tips for anyone who wants to learn how to tell whether someone is lying to you. However if you are really interested than you should attend my one day training program where I will systematically initiate you to be a lie catching practitioner. Many have undergone my program with successful results. Please check when is the next training date on my website or email me for further details or advice.
